Eco-Friendly
From compact systems for individual components to large-capacity industrial ovens, we can manufacture thermal cleaning ovens in different dimensions and configurations to match your production requirements.
High Quality
Temperature range, chamber dimensions, loading capacity, heating and cooling cycles, filtration and control systems can be adapted to your specific application.
/ 02 — The Technology
Pyrolysis is the chemical decomposition of organic materials through high heat in the absence of oxygen. Our thermal cleaning ovens operate in a flameless environment, breaking down polymer waste into gaseous, liquid, and solid products — without combustion, without damaging the base metal.
The process runs 3–6 hours in programmed stages across a controlled temperature range of 200–550°C, delivering complete contaminant removal while preserving dimensional integrity.
▸ Flameless · Oxygen-controlled
Contaminated metal components are loaded into the pyrolysis chamber. The oven is sealed to create an oxygen-controlled environment.
The chamber is heated in stages to 200–550°C. Organic contaminants — polymers, plastics, paints — undergo pyrolysis, decomposing into gas and carbon residue without combustion.
After 3–6 hours the components emerge pristine. Gaseous by-products are filtered through the emission system. Metal parts are returned to original performance.
/ 03 — Standard Features
Five core systems define every Thermal Cleanings Technology oven — built for quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
Multi-stage emission filtration ensures all pyrolysis by-products are processed safely — compliant with environmental standards.
Precision-engineered chamber seals maintain the oxygen-controlled environment critical for clean, flameless pyrolysis.
Full programmable logic control with staged temperature curves, cycle monitoring, and data logging for repeatable results.
Compact, mobile design allows on-site deployment — bring the cleaning technology directly to your production floor.
Integrated self-cleaning cycle reduces maintenance downtime and keeps the chamber ready for continuous operation.
/ 04 — Applications
From electric motor windings to injection molds, our thermal cleaning ovens handle the full spectrum of polymer and organic contaminant removal across industries.
